We are attempting to eat out tonight. Everyone including Simon and Adndrew. We think we have prepared. 

An hour later….

We did it!

Home again after a long day ending a long week. We all have colds. Yet, right now things are quiet while. I can stand here in the kitchen and relax. No screaming. Family members here to help carry the burden and brighten our days. Ahhhh… It’s going to get better. Isn’t it?

The family came and met me at work today to watch the Thunderbirds. One of the advantages of working a mile away from the US Air Force Academy.

It’s incredible how well Simon has learned to walk. He’s very independent too. We took him out to Blodgett Peak open space, just a couple miles from home. For a while he insisted we let him climb it on his own, without  help. Then he fell asleep in the stroller on the way down.
